Yoga Asana: A Key to Finding Freedom

“How has my asana practice changed? On the surface, not much has changed—I still do down-dog, sun salutations, trikonasana. But now I use the physical practice to study myself.” That is how Shari begins this interview sharing her decades-long journey with yoga.
