30-Minute Practice Routine
Short on time, but want to do a full practice? Do this sequence, which includes forward bending, side bending and back bending poses, as well as hip opening, twisting and balancing poses, core work, pranayama (breathing practice) and relaxation. Use this class for days when you feel like you don't have time to do yoga.
