A Mini Class for Your Feet and Ankles

In this therapeutic practice, you’ll first take a look at your feet to see which areas might need more alignment and strengthening. After that, you’ll do lots of feel-good stretches and exercises for your feet, paying attention to alignment subtleties along the way.
