This 70-minute all-levels class is designed to help you connect with your inner sense of stability during the cool, windy months of fall. You'll do strengthening exercises for your lower body and core, and you'll practice a variety of poses to promote grounding (including a vata-reducing sun salutation, a standing pose series, and much more). Finish the class feeling more focused, stable, and grounded.
