A Practice for Beginners
Move through classic postures and connect to the breath. We´ll provide plenty of modifications so you can make each pose your own. You´ll learn basic alignment principles to keep you safe and happy in your practice. This sequence—which features cat/cow, planks, lunges, basic standing poses, and more—is perfectly suited for beginners, and yet anyone can enjoy it.
