A Practice to Help You Move Through Grief

During periods of loss we often hold our breath. This practice is designed to help you experience your breath in a relaxing way and regain emotional strength. You’ll begin in crocodile, then move into a gentle sequence that includes cat-cows, agni sara (fire essence), a gate pose variation, child’s pose, supported bridge, and more. Once you’re done, you’ll conclude with a guided savasana and meditation.
