Explore how your digestive organs feel in cobra pose, a sweeping triangle pose, and standing twists. Standing splits with an added abdominal crunch further fuel the flames of your digestive fire. End with a seated pose that specifically targets compressing your belly, supine twists, and finally, a grounding savasana.
