A Yoga Practice for Chakra Awareness

Strengthen and open the areas of your body that are associated with the chakras. You'll start with a seated, guided visualization and move on to cat cows, gentle core strengtheners, twists, and more. End with kapalahbhati (skull-shining breath) and a grounding savasana. Expand and strengthen the energy flow of each chakra throughout class.
