AcroYoga: Beginner Back Flying Series
Learn some variations of back-flying positions, as well as how the spotter can safely guide both flyer and base. Learn also how to effectively support the flyer's back and hips; build to a partner "fish" pose, and the even deeper backbend, "back-bow.”
