Asana Alignment and Chakra Awareness: Svadhishthana

Learn how to work with the second chakra (svadhisthana) in asana to release guilt and rigidity and restore a natural rhythm and flow to your life. To work with that flow, you'll explore various balancing postures and your body's relationship with the ground. End in a lovely, relaxing savasana.
