Class Description

In this at-the-wall practice, you’ll learn how to find optimal alignment and activation in wheel pose. You’ll also explore drop backs, taking this powerful backbend one step farther. Have a couch or a stable table available for the drop-back part of class (you’ll ease into it slowly by raising the floor up to meet you).
