Body Positive Beginner Yoga

New to yoga or looking to get back to the basics? This beginner class provides basic pose instruction and guidance on how to adapt poses to fit your body (not the other way around!). You’ll even learn how to progress and regress poses, allowing you to customize how much support or challenge you get today.
