Building Your Backbend

Build stronger and more spacious backbends with this heart-opening sequence. Youll begin on your back with a dynamic bridge pose and progressively work into bigger heart openers, warming up your shoulders along the way. You class culminates in bow pose (dhanurasana), with the option to take savasana on your own.
