Chaturanga dandasana shows up in nearly every vinyasa class, though it's rarely given the attention it deserves. When done well, chaturanga can be of tremendous benefit for our upper body strength, but when practiced in a way that's not so optimal, it can put us at risk for injury—or at the very least, be a waste of our time!
