Core and Balance Flow
Stabilize your core, glutes, spine, and more in this balance-focused class.
You’ll begin with a core activation series on your back while using a block. From there, you’ll move into a few rounds of one-legged squats and kickbacks, before tapping into another challenging core series on the floor.
