Class Description

In this short and progressive practice, you’ll explore accessible approaches to crow and side crow. Class begins with a short prep, where you’ll jump from squats into plank pose—building the shape of crow and the power you’ll need to take flight. After that, you’ll get your blocks out and use your mat as an “asana lab,” finding your own way into these playful arm balances.
