Strengthening your will can transform your life. This core-focused practice is designed to help you activate the power you need to consistently show up and stand up for yourself.

You’ll practice vigorous cat-cows, breath of fire in poses like navasana (boat pose) and malasana (squat), leg lifts in plank, down dog knee-to-nose “crunches”, standing balance work, side plank lifts, and more.

Once you’re done, conclude your experience in a simple sitting pose with hands to heart.
