Relax, sleep better, and manage negative emotions by learning diaphragmatic breathing.  Rolf describes three types of breathing—involuntary, voluntary, and non-voluntary—and explains how diaphragmatic breathing overrides the unhealthy effects of poor breathing on our mind and body. Follow Rolf through a guided practice that trains you to breathe diaphragmatically, and experience the deep relaxation that comes from spending time with the breath.
