Evening Slowdown: Yang to Yin
Let go of the day with this evening wind-down sequence. You’ll do a short standing sequence (the yang portion of the class) followed by a few prone yin poses that are designed to open your shoulders, back, and hips. Then, at the end, linger as long as you like in savasana.
