You'll start by centering in child's pose or another rest pose of your choice. After that you'll do a foot stretch, a side-stretch in downdog, long holds in lizard pose(with an optional quad stretch), a sweet shoulder stretch, and more.
To top it all off, lie back and enjoy a restful savasana.
