Fly Like a Bird: A 40-Minute Power Practice

Craving a tough sequence with a little airtime? Join Kat in this power-flow practice that gets you flying like a bird! Build strength with crow push-ups and then try a flying crow. Rise up from a deep squat into bird of paradise. Hop from downdog to a handstand with eagle legs. This practice is a (fun!) challenge, so get ready to get your feet off the ground and challenge yourself to find your lightness and freedom again.
