Build strength and stamina to help you prepare for forearm stand with this upper-body strengthening class (which is also great preparation for arm balances in general). This is a challenging sequence, but there are lots of options to customize the flow to suit your practice needs. You'll engage your core and upper body in forearm plank and dolphin, and use standing poses such as high lunge to prepare your muscles further. Enjoy a reclined heart-opening pose at the end of class to unwind and relax.
