Hips: Grounding and Resilience

Class Description

Play with props in fun and innovative ways in this hip-mobilizing and hip-strengthening class. Trina guides you through several sequences where you’ll practice with and without resistance bands. (Trina uses two TheraBands and two small loop bands, but you can use any type of resistance band or bands that you like.)

Get ready to do fun windmill movements on your back, hollow body holds, prone overhead presses, whole-body rolling, a vinyasa sequence that plays with supine versions of standing poses, a hip-activating dynamic bridge, and much more.
