Inner Heat Vinyasa: Backbend Flow

Class Description

Join Kat for this lively 60-minute backbend class that will help you open through the front of the body (the chest, shoulders, hip flexors, and quads) and also strengthen the back of the body (hamstrings, glutes, and spinal extensors). This sequence includes intoxicated cobra, camel, laghu vajrasana ("little thunderbolt pose"), a wheel pose walkover at the wall, a lizard lunge variation, and much more. Enjoy this creative, fun, and challenging experience!
