This energizing class will help you recharge from deep within. You’ll start with child’s pose, cat-cow, thread the needle, and cat-cow balance. After that you’ll move through a more dynamic practice that features lunges, a standing series, core work, and active backbends.
Rest on your back for a guided savasana when you’re done, then sit in easy pose and ask yourself: “How will I use this renewed energy to improve the rest of my day?”
