Let It Be: Bowing Forward Into Restorative Ease

Give back to yourself with this deeply calming restorative class where you’ll unwind in three propped poses: seated forward fold, restorative frog pose, and legs up the chair pose. As you ease into these practices, allow yourself to let go of responsibilities and just be—resting your body, mind, and heart with each breath. If you don’t have a ton of yoga props, don’t worry. You can practice with what’s around you: Use cushions from your sofa, your kitchen table, or any chair.
