The focus of this flow is twists (both standing and seated), but you’ll also explore challenging transitions (such as lolasana back to chaturanga), active inversions (of your choice), active backbends (including wheel pose), and so much more.
Enjoy the dharma talk on sacred sound at the beginning. Then, once the active practice is over, complete your experience with a guided meditation before lying back in savasana.
