Mini Yoga Mala: Sun Salutations

There are a number of ways to incorporate tapas into your life. One way is to repeat one particular practice many times.  This class will focus on sun salutations as a form of tapas. You'll build heat as you flow with intention and with a deep focus on the breath.  Grab a mat and begin this exploration of tapas.
