Monomaya Kosha Yin
Focus on the third layer or sheath of the five koshas, referred to in the yoga tradition as the manomaya kosha (instinctive mind). You’ll do a block-supported standing forward bend, a dragon (lunge) sequence that includes twists, caterpillar pose, easy pose, and more.
