Class Description

Eka pada koundinyasana is a fun arm balance with a twist. This sequence will lead you right into the posture. Begin with gentle warm-ups focused on lengthening the spine, and continue with sun salutations, chair pose variations, other standing postures, and twists. You will get into eka pada koundinyasana from revolved side angle pose. The practice winds down with a few back bending and seated postures and a relaxation in shavasana.
