with Jim Bennitt

Enjoy this practice of opening the hips and heart. You'll work toward pigeon pose in this full-spectrum practice. You'll start with an infused warmup of lunges and side planks. You'll then move to a wall for a sequence that includes forearm stand, camel variations, a one-footed king pigeon variation and more, before making a step-by-step progression to kapotasana. After that comes a final sequence that includes lizard pose, crow pose, seated hip openers, savasana, and natural breathing.
