Perimenopause: Building Stability for Memory

with Kathryn Templeton

Both activity and rest are important for supporting your memory during perimenopause. In this blend of tutorial and practice, you’ll first learn what kind of teas are most appropriate for your ayurvedic constitution (dosha) and when to drink them. You’ll then learn how to practice yoga in a way that supports encoding, storing, and retrieving (the three functions of memory). A short hip-opening sequence to help you feel both warm and grounded and a one-pointed concentration meditation follow, completing this nourishing mind-body experience.

Props: blanket, small object (plant, candle)
