Evening Pitta-Pacifying Yoga

Class Description

Pitta dosha may express itself as excess heat and tension in the belly and agitation in the mind. Pacify pitta at the end of the day with this sequence of standing, sitting, and reclining postures that stretch and twist the waist, and then stay for a final relaxation in shavasana. Enjoy soothing your digestive system and grounding your mind!
