Practice of Light

Uses gesture, movement, and visualization to help connect with your inner light by bringing light from the outside in and from the crown of the head to our own heart. Enjoy an asana sequence that draws light into the body, followed by a pranayama practice visualizing light and finally a meditation on light in the heart.
