Pranayama for MS

Join Yoga Medicine® teacher Cristina Kuhn as she guides you through three pranayama techniques that can be particularly beneficial for people with MS.

Optional practices include pranayama to calm tension or anxiety, pranayama to energize and stimulate, and pranayama to balance and neutralize. Choose a technique to work with throughout the class, or let Cristina guide you through all three.
