Roll out your mat and relax before bed with this slow-paced class that includes gentle neck rolls, grounding forward folds, and tension-relieving hamstring stretches.

Through long holds in calming poses, you’ll connect fully with your breath and use it to cultivate a deep sense of relaxation. Then you’ll wind down further by concluding with a comforting practice of sandbag* breathing in savasana.

*You’ll need a sandbag, breath pillow, or bag of rice for savasana.
