Stability and Ease
This class begins with anjali mudra and ujjayi breathing to anchor the practice in the heart and the steady flow of breath. After that comes cat-cow, a child's pose to cobra flow, "shakti waves" through down dog, vessel mudra, fearless heart namaskara, a stabilizing and strengthening standing series, and more. You'll move at a slow, easeful pace with attention to the breath throughout.
