The Domes of Your Feet

Our feet are the foundation of our yoga practice, but how much attention do we give them in our asana practice? This class is designed to strengthen the connection from your brain all the way down to your toes through stimulating practices (including resistance stretches and self-massage techniques) that target the feet, ankles, and lower legs.
