Class Description

This is a third-trimester practice that's all about creating space as you prepare for your baby's arrival (when it often feels like there's just not enough time to get everything done!). Use this class to get grounded and to feel supported and centered. And enjoy these last few weeks of your pregnancy. 

You'll need two tennis balls and one sock for this sequence, as it includes a feel-good self-massage technique.
