Upper Body Strength Flow II

Increase your strength and endurance with this powerful class that includes lots of arm strengthening plank and side plank variations. You'll do the flow twice on each side and then wind down with simple backbends, wrist stretches, and shoulder stretches before concluding with a rest pose of your choice.
