Weaving Tantra Into Your Yoga Practice

Tantra yoga is designed to help you cultivate sensitivity to your subtle body. In this intro sequence, you’ll learn how to incorporate some of tantra’s tools into your asana practice. You’ll do pranayama, including kumbhaka (breath retention), mudras, bandhas, and kriyas throughout this basic yoga class.
