Class Description

In this short and focused class, you’ll increase the active range of motion of your wrists for a stronger and more sustainable arm balance and inversion practice.

You’ll begin on hands and knees, exploring your passive range of motion by seeing how far your wrists can move into extension without pain. After that, you’ll work with your active range of motion with targeted weight-bearing and non-weight-bearing conditioning practices before concluding in a simple seated pose.
