Yin Yoga to Mobilize Energy

Stimulate the free flow of prana (energy) through a practice that blends ancient wisdom and modern science. Begin with a mudra, move through gentle standing flows focused on four vayus (movements of energy) and progress into long-held poses to stimulate pranic flow through the body.
