Yoga for Baseball Players: Mobility
In this upper-body-focused practice, you’ll do “shoulder swimmers” from standing, standing poses and prone (belly down) practices for shoulder mobility, block-supported supine twists designed to open your chest and shoulders, and more. This sequence was designed for baseball players, but anyone can benefit from it!
