Yoga for Cancer and Chronic Conditions
Designed for practitioners who have cancer or other chronic conditions, this grounding, deeply soothing practice features a wide variety of chair, floor, and standing postures. You'll begin by connecting to your inner awareness while seated in a chair, before moving onto gentle upper body stretches. You'll move on to standing poses nearby the chair for support, and eventually, move to the ground to finish up class.
