Yoga for Meditation

Prepare the body, breath, and mind for meditation. This sequence creates awareness of the body through movement and breath, including warrior poses, forward folds, lunges, and more. You will conclude with a 10-minute systematic relaxation. Enjoy hearing expert refinements, making this a wonderful practice for the experienced practitioner as well as the beginning yoga student.
