Yoga for the 5 Elements: Air
The fourth element, air, is concentrated energetically at the area of the chest and heart. This gentle and stimulating yoga practice begins with gentle arm movements and chest openers to bring more awareness and breath to the tissues of the chest, lungs, and heart. Use your awareness of the nourishing and cleansing nature of the inhalation and exhalation to help you get in touch with the flow of prana and the air element concentrated in the chest. End the practice in supported bridge pose.
