Short, Sweet, and Complete Practices

Looking for short, sweet, and complete practices?  If you're busy but still want to experience all of the benefits of yoga, try our new five-day program: the 20-Minute Yoga Club. Once you sign up, you'll get one 20-minute class a day (delivered by email) each day for five days.  Day one focuses on breath-connected movement and is designed to expand your awareness of the breath in asana. Day two combines strength work with moments of expansion and release. You'll practice an engaging standing sequence, core work, and backbends.  Day three invites you to practice balance poses and is designed to help you build a centered, focused presence that you can take off the mat to meet the demands of your day. Day four is a restorative practice that will relax you from head to toe as you rest, breathe, and let gravity take over. Last but not least, day five is full of feel-good stretches that will help you release tension in the hamstrings, hip flexors, lower back, neck, and shoulders. 

This is an opportunity to breathe better and to feel stronger, more centered, and at ease, all in a short window of time.
