Section 1
  • Join Ellen Mosko for an introduction to yin yoga. Ellen will explain the basics and benefits of yin, and then you'll experience what sets this practice apart from more active practices. This class features long, juicy holds in floor postures (butterfly pose, sphinx pose, and child's pose) and concludes in a restful savasana.
Section 2
  • Lie down and let go. Join Ellen for a calming supine yin yoga practice that features four tension-relieving, hip-opening poses that will leave you feeling supple and relaxed.
Section 3
  • Join Ellen Mosko for a yin yoga class that will help you learn how to find optimal pelvic alignment in one classic seated posture and two seated hip openers. Class concludes with a guided relaxation in savasana.
Section 4
  • Explore opposites! Join Ellen for a 20-minute class that mixes yang (active) and yin (passive) postures. Start active with a short warm-up and then move into strengthening work in side angle pose before practicing passive floor postures, which feature side-bending and hip-opening work.
Section 5
  • Experience how yin yoga can support your athletic performance and recovery. Join Ellen for a class featuring floor postures that will help you open the pectorals and unwind deep tension in the feet, calves, quads, psoas, and more.
