This program is all about meeting you where you are in terms of sleep and your relationship to it. You’ll explore sensation at every step of the way with Stephanie’s supportive, meditative guidance. And you’ll be encouraged to let go of “thinking and doing” by becoming more aware of your body in a relaxed state.

Section 1
  • In this talk, Stephanie discusses how this program can help you address the emotions and beliefs you have around sleep as well as provide you with practices that can lead to restful sleep. You’ll learn about sleep hygiene, “sleep debt,” body sensing, and more.
Section 2
  • Settle into a comfortable position for this sweet, restful guided nap. Stephanie slowly leads you into a sense of ease and well-being, so you can feel fully restored. Enjoy this opportunity to really slow down and relax in body and mind.
Section 3
  • Connect with your “heartspace” in this guided practice, where you’ll explore in a passive yet aware way what gives your life meaning and value. You’ll be encouraged to welcome positive feelings, sensations, and images that arise so that you can release tension and support your sense of well-being. You’ll also be invited to integrate beliefs or emotions that you have about sleep in a productive and possibly new way so that you can rest well.
Section 4
  • This in-bed practice is designed to help you fall into a deep, restful space and possibly fall asleep. Feel into your sensations, change position as you need to, and let go into simply being. Enjoy this time that’s just for you.
